BRENDA BRICKELL – Office Manager
Brenda is the office manager of Newman Dental. She has an Associate Degree in Dental Assisting and is CPR and X-ray certified. Every day, she goes the extra mile to help patients feel welcome and comfortable. With one large lapdog, four children, five grandchildren, and counting, Brenda enjoys bringing everyone together for family get-togethers. In her downtime, she also enjoys reading.

COURTNEY WATSON – Registered Dental Hygienist
Courtney obtained both her BSDH (bachelors degree in dental hygiene) and her MS degrees from Northern Arizona University in 2006, and is specially certified in advanced laser dentistry, local anesthesia administration, and nitrous oxide administration. Courtney’s sense of humor helps patients feel comfortable and at ease, and she confesses that she loves hearing patients’ different stories. She is a member of SADHS, and enjoys giving back by volunteering for Hope Fest and Give Kids a Smile Day. Courtney has “lots and lots” of family and enjoys spending time with them and her two dogs, while engaging in crafts, painting, and sewing.
MONICA MONETTI – Registered Dental Hygienist
Monica received her AAS degree from Lewis and Clark Community College, and is a member of the AzDA (Arizona Dental Association). She is a registered dental hygienist with special certification in local anesthesia, nitrous oxide sedation, advanced laser dentistry, and she is also trained in Orofacial-Myofunctional therapy. She is thorough and professional, but friendly when educating patients on proper hygiene and dental care, and expresses that patients teach her much about individualism, uniqueness, and patience. Monica has received the Special Olympics Appreciation Award, Community Service Award, and Volunteer Community Service Award. She is married with two children, and two dogs, Mack and Piper, and when away from the office, she enjoys Crossfit.
ROBBIN – Registered Dental Hygienist
Robbin is a registered dental hygienist with an Associate of Health Science Degree in Dental Hygiene, and is specially certified in advanced laser dentistry and local anesthesia administration. Robbin is also trained in Orofacial-Myofunctional therapy. She is known for being gentle, thorough, patient, and calm in her approach to dental care, and Robbin considers patients as close as friends and family. She is a member of the ADHA, and has received the P&G Preventive Oral Health Award. Not surprisingly, Robbin is very close with her family, including her cats, and in her downtime she enjoys horseback riding, traveling, photography, learning French and Swahili, and studying the Bible.

RONELEE MCALLISTER – Lead Dental Assistant
After graduating from the Pima Medical Institute for Dental Assisting in 2012, Ronelee joined our team as a Lead Dental Assistant in 2016. She’s also earned her Radiology certification and her CPR certification. She loves the opportunity to help patients leave the office with confidence in their smile, and she looks forward to building relationships with patients. Outside of the office, she enjoys playing piano, singing karaoke, and baking. She also enjoys teaching her toddlers how to dance, sing, and play piano.

SYDNEY ROLLINS – Dental Assistant
Sydney joined our team as a Dental Assistant in 2017. She earned her degree from the Pima Medical Institute in 2016, and since then, she’s earned her CPR and X-ray certifications. She loves the opportunity to help people become healthier and happier, while at the same time educating them on proper oral healthcare. She looks forward to making patients feel comfortable and at ease, while enjoying their time with us. Outside of the office, she enjoys taking her dog Rigby on adventures, hiking, swimming, and spending time with family and friends.
